Classroom Presentations
We offer classroom presentations for students on topics including stormwater management, groundwater, and water quality. These interactive programs can be adapted for any age group, and additional natural resources topics are available upon request.

Yes! (Youth and Environment Stewardship) Grant

Muskegon Conservation District is excited to announce that we are offering mini-grants to local schools in Muskegon County. The Yes! grant program focuses on enabling youth to work with local environmental organizations to solve local environmental issues. Ten projects will be awarded this year for funds up to $500. Education Kits

The Muskegon Conservation District offers educational kits for instructors to use in their classroom. With the use of grant money from Arconic, we were able to purchase these kits which vary in topic and provide adaptable curriculum to meet Michigan Science Standards.

To rent a kit, please contact our office. You will be required to pay a $20 deposit that will be returned when the rented materials are returned to the office.
