PRODUCE SAFETY PROGRAM
On-Farm Produce Safety aims to create a produce safety culture through the following activities:
- Produce Safety Risk Assessment
- On-Farm Readiness Review (OFRR)
- Farm Produce Safety Plan Development
- On-Farm Technical Assistance
The State of Michigan has six Produce Safety Technicians to assist and educate producers.
